Can I return the product that I purchased and receive a refund?

A product key can be returned only 14 days after the purchase has been done. Within these 14 days, you can only receive a refund in these two cases:

  • Before the product code is viewed (not displayed).
  • If there’s an issue with the product code itself (it is either invalid or previously used).

I have already displayed the key, and I want to return it

If you changed your mind after viewing the key and you want to return it for a refund, that is unfortunately not possible. Once a key has been displayed, we no longer have any technical way to revoke or deactivate it — the activation happens entirely on the publisher’s platform, outside of our control. For this reason, viewed keys cannot be refunded.
